MCAA Announces New MQI Seminar
Applying the quality process to the masonry industry

MQI is a required course for certification and is worth 16 credits.
June 10-11, 2009The MQI will provide you the ability to measure your company’s level of quality. In this 2 day course you will learn to assist masons in evaluating their services, meeting stringent customer expectations, and improving their profitability. You will be leaving this course with knowledge on the quality process, detailed implementation of the basic principles of quality, and team building along with problem solving.
