One month until MCAA Midyear Meeting

Make your plans now to attend the MCAA Midyear Meeting, September 14-16, 2011. You'll be able to attend great seminars and shape the masonry industry in various committee meetings, while enjoying the beautiful Hill Country of San Antonio.

The MCAA Midyear Meeting will kick off with the Opening Reception and Dinner, being held at Pico de Gallo, where attendees will enjoy authentic Mexican food and music.

Breakfast will be served to all attendees on Thursday morning, followed by the MCAA Board Meeting. Committee meetings for the Legislative, Membership, South of 40, Education and Certification committees will be held later in the morning. Attendees will have plenty of free time to explore San Antonio and the city's rich history of architecture, neighborhoods, food, traditions and culture.

On Friday, the MCAA will spend a day at the Enchanted Springs Ranch. The Enchanted Springs Ranch, a western movie set and animal park, is an eighty-six acre working ranch with rugged, natural beauty, exotic animals, and real live cowboys and cowgirls.

The day will begin with an authentic cowboy breakfast served at the fire pit, followed by the MCAA Board Meeting and three premium educational programs. A fajita lunch will be served at the ranch. Several great activities are planned after lunch, including competitions, a tractor wagon ride and surprises for everyone! The evening will begin with a campfire sing along, followed by a ribeye steak dinner served in the Silver Spur Saloon.
